Commercial enquiries

Start with the problem.

You do not need a finished drawing, complete specification or perfect brief. Start with the outcome you want; ALME will review what you share and suggest the most useful next step.

Helpful basics

  • Photos of the space, object or problem
  • Approximate measurements
  • City, town, parish or project location
  • What you want to improve, build or solve

Helpful context

  • Target date or deadline
  • Budget range or resource constraints
  • Materials or labour already available
  • Who will use or approve the result

What happens after you reach out?

  1. Inquiry review: we look at the problem, location, timing and fit.
  2. Clarification and discovery: we ask for missing photos, dimensions or constraints.
  3. Assessment: remote or site-based depending on the project.
  4. Scope and quote: deliverables, assumptions and price are defined.
  5. Approval and deposit: cash-consuming work begins after the required deposit.
  6. Design, build, coordination, handover and support according to the agreed scope.
